Return & Refund policy
At Rinn’s Pantry, we hope to give our customers only the best in herb and spice blends. If you're not happy with your purchase, please reach out — we'll try and make it right! If you have questions about refunding or replacing items from a recent order, please reach out to rinnspantry@gmail.com.
We currently do not accept returns for opened or unopened products, as it’s not safe for us to let items re-enter our kitchens once they have been received by a customer. If you are looking to return a product that was purchased from one of our partner retailers, please reach out to that retailer specifically, as we are not able to assist with orders that were not purchased directly from us.
Product that is damaged, either from origin or in transit, to a degree which would be unsafe for consumption may be eligible for a replacement or refund. Photo documentation is required.
