How long do your spices last?

The general rule of thumb is that spices last about two years. They don’t “go bad,” per se, but they do lose their potency. So, if your spice rack still has mom’s garlic powder from 1996, maybe it’s time for a refresh, and we’d be happy to help!

Where do the herbs and spices come from?

Our ingredients come from certified vendors and feature no additives, no fillers, no dairy, no soy. Everything is vegan — it’s all herbs and spices, babes. We list all of our ingredients on each product page so you know exactly what you're getting.

I have a brick-and-mortar store and would like to carry Rinn’s. How does wholesale work?

Do you accept returns?

If you want to return a product that was ordered from one of our partners, please reach out to that retailer. We can only assist with orders that were placed directly with us.

Why is the cost of shipping so high?

Our pass-through shipping costs mean we don’t charge you any extra handling fee beyond the standard shipping rate calculated by weight. This can make it difficult for single item orders, as the shipping cost for a single item can often be the same as for three items.

Do you charge sales tax?

No, we don't! Our handcrafted herb and spice blends are considered food products for human consumption, which means they're exempt from sales tax here in California. So the price you see is the price you pay - no surprises at checkout.

How long is it going to take to get my order?

For Standard Shipping via USPS Ground Advantage service, please allow up to 3-5 business days processing time and 3-4 business days for delivery time.

Do you sell on Amazon?

We don’t. We believe in supporting small businesses and shopping local, so check us out online or in one of our specialty shop locations.
